We recently engaged CTCC Solutions to help with chasing a particular difficult debtor that had refused to pay an invoice or even engage with us for 3 months. From the outset, Clare explained how best to go about chasing this payment and took on the responsibility of doing this, leaving me free to do my day job. Although on this occasion the debtor also refused to deal with Clare, the fact that CTCC was involved gave me comfort that we were chasing the payment in the right way and could not be criticised for our actions. Clare also took me through the process of issuing a claim through the Government’s Money Claim On Line website, something I might have dismissed as too difficult and time-consuming without her guidance.
I am glad I took Clare’s advice though, as within a week of issuing the claim the invoice was paid, along with interest for late payment and reimbursement of the Court fees. Our thanks go to Clare for helping us obtain this payment, for being so professional and efficient throughout and for always being on hand to answer stupid queries. We would not hesitate to use CTCC Solutions again in the future and would happily recommend them to anyone struggling with late payments.
