Clare (MCICM)
Managing Director and Founder

Clare has extensive experience within the world of Office Management and Administration with many years of experience in a variety of commercial organisations including all aspects of credit control.

In March 2012, Clare embarked on a new venture and founded CTCC Solutions Ltd. With over a decade in business now, Clare has been using her 36 years of credit control and accounts experience to improve the cash flow for many businesses. Providing a friendly and professional approach to credit control, her aim has always been to offer a service which focussed on maintaining customer relationships whilst also saving time for clients to do the job they love.

Danielle
Credit Control and Office Manager

Danielle is an integral part of Team CTCC. Since passing her Credit Control Skills course, she has gone on to complete a Level 2 Credit Management diploma. Her knowledge of the credit control process, paired with her approach to chasing invoices has boosted client-customer relationships.

Along with keeping up to date with weekly ledgers, Danielle has also taken up the role of office manager. She makes sure the team is keeping up to date and organised with all the happenings at CTCC HQ whilst also pushing our company culture forward.

Anika
Credit Control and Marketing Co-Ordinator

Anika is Team CTCC’s marketing assistant. She makes sure that our social medias are up to date with news about credit control and what we get up to at CTCC HQ.

She has been keeping up with regular blog posts, diving into all things credit control and bringing CTCC’s company culture and vision to life. Anika has also started creating newsletter campaigns which looks deeper into credit management issues, providing tips and tricks to help you boost your cash flow and get those invoices paid.

Alongside this, Anika works on weekly ledgers, from creating invoices, to sending out statements and all the way to chasing invoices and reconciliations.

Tracey
Credit Controller

Tracey has hit the ground running since she first started here at CTCC HQ. With previous experience working in credit control with us, Tracey knows how to get those invoices paid.

A skilled negotiator, she knows how to manage those difficult situations that can arise when chasing.
